Our guarantee
We will happily accept any item purchased from us for a full refund less shipping costs providing that it is returned within twentyone days in the brand new condition in which it was supplied together with its original packaging.
All our hardware is supplied with a warranty of twelve months. This does not affect statutory rights.
Privacy
Unless you subscribe to our newsletter we will not contact you again and we will not pass your details to any other party.
We have no access to card details where purchases are made online using PayPal. Where orders are placed by post, telephone or fax credit card details will be destroyed on completion of the transaction.
Delivery time
Our most popular items are held in stock. Items supplied to order will usually be supplied within fourteen days. We will confirm delivery timescales on receipt of orders.
